Cine ‘900

At the exhibition area NRG1 – spazio arte (viale dell’Appennino 16, Forlì), on March 2, 2013 at 6.00pm inauguration of the photographic exhibit “Viaggi in Italia. Set del cinema italiano 1941-1959” (Journeys in Italy. Italian Cinema Locations 1941-1959), by Antonio Maraldi and Simona Pera. The exhibit is part of the event  “Cine ‘900. Viaggio nel cinema italiano 1939-1959” (Cine ‘900. Journey in the Italian Cinema 1939-1959) which, together with the exhibit at San Domenico Museums in Forlì “Novecento. Arte e vita in Italia tra le due guerre”, would like to represent a cross section of the artistic production of the latest century.
 
50 b/w photos coming from 24 locations between Valle d’Aosta and Sardinia, documenting the production of some of the Italian films that have made history in the world of Cinema. The exhibit, organized and set up by Associazione Sedicicorto in collaboration with Centro Cinema Città di Cesena and Fondazione Cassa dei Risparmi di Forlì, will be open from 2nd to 30th March, from Monday to Saturday 10.00am-12.30pm and 4.00pm-17.30pm (closed on Thursday). Free entrance.

– “Le amiche” by Michelangelo Antonioni (1955)
– Women’s working conditions “Dalle piaghe alle pieghe, dai coltelli agli spilli, dalle ferite ai tagli delle sorelle Fontana. Ecco come cambia il volto della donna italiana.”
